HAPPY MEMORIAL DAY TO ALL, INCLUDING THE SCUM THAT SPENT THE LAST FOUR YEARS TRYING TO DESTROY OUR COUNTRY THROUGH WARPED RADICAL LEFT MINDS, WHO ALLOWED 21,000,000 MILLION PEOPLE TO ILLEGALLY ENTER OUR COUNTRY, MANY OF THEM BEING CRIMINALS AND THE MENTALLY INSANE,THROUGH AN OPEN BORDER THAT ONLY AN INCOMPETENT PRESIDENT WOULD APPROVE, AND THROUGH JUDGES WHO ARE ON A MISSION TO KEEP MURDERERS, DRUG DEALERS, RAPISTS, GANG MEMBERS, AND RELEASED PRISONERS FROM ALL OVER THE WORLD, IN OUR COUNTRY SO THEY CAN ROB, MURDER, AND RAPE AGAIN — ALL PROTECTED BY THESE USA HATING JUDGES WHO SUFFER FROM AN IDEOLOGY THAT IS SICK, AND VERY DANGEROUS FOR OUR COUNTRY. HOPEFULLY THE UNITED STATES SUPREME COURT, AND OTHER GOOD AND COMPASSIONATE JUDGES THROUGHOUT THE LAND, WILL SAVE US FROM THE DECISIONS OF THE MONSTERS WHO WANT OUR COUNTRY TO GO TO HELL. BUT FEAR NOT, WE HAVE MADE GREAT PROGRESS OVER THE LAST 4 MONTHS, AND AMERICA WILL SOON BE SAFE AND GREAT AGAIN! AGAIN, HAPPY MEMORIAL DAY, AND GOD BLESS AMERICA!

I’m not sure what to say, from “happy Memorial Day” onward. How can this be our country? Aren’t we better than this strange petty man?

Another Attack on Public Education in Ohio

It is hard enough for districts to get levies and bond issues passed. This is just another assault on Public Education because teacher unions are the last public unions that reliably raise money for Democratic candidates. I mean, if Republican candidates supported schools like some of them used to, this wouldn’t be an issue. But it’s the kids who are losing out.

Some of you may remember that I had an old vintage stereo receiver in my classroom. Specifically, the one pictured below, a Sansui 7900ZDB made in 1980 and producing 100 watts per channel. I purchased it from Goodwill for $15.00 many years ago. A few years ago, I brought it home when we moved to the new building, and seeing it was taking up space in the garage I gave it back to Goodwill. Today the same type of receiver sold on eBay for $750.00.

Why Has Trump Fired the Librarian of Congress?

The Librarian of Congress is a position appointed by the U.S. Congress and they run the Library of Congress. It’s a a political appointment and for once the lady holding the position, Dr. Carla Hayden, actually has a PhD in Library Sciences. So what’s up? Well, the congressional librarian also hires the head of the copyright office.
Currently A.I. companies around the world are looking for massive amounts of data to feed into their large language learning models. Copyrighted material costs money to buy for such a use. Artists are notoriously worried about losing control of their work permanently once it goes in. That is not irrational. Tests in the past have shown that when you ask the A.I. to write, say, a poem and describe an existing poem that has been entered into its program, it simply retrieves the original poem or writes one so completely derivative it might as well be the same one. Did I mention that Trump’s good friend Elon Musk owns an A. I. company? The same Elon Musk who has advocated for dumping all intellectual property laws for this reason?
Just another payout.

So recently I saw a new Thomas Sowell video cropped up on Youtube entitled: “Sowell EXPOSES Why American Education Is a Global MOCKERY”. Sowell is an interesting guy. Sometimes when I watch a video of his I think yeah, right problem, weird conclusion. It’s like you took your car to a mechanic and he said, “Spark plugs are bad so we should drop your gas tank.” You’d think “What?” I won’t link to the video, as America’s most prominent African-American conservative intellectual does not need my help in publicizing his views.
